LISA R. DAVIS
Lisa R. Davis is Senior Counselor at The Walker Marchant Group. She is an acknowledged, award-winning executive with a proven track record of success in high-profile entities across corporate, government, non-profit and political sectors.
She was most recently the Corporate Vice President of Communications, and a member of the global executive team for Northrop Grumman Corporation. Lisa reported directly to the CEO regarding the company’s worldwide communications strategy and execution, brand and reputation, advocacy communications, issues management, media relations, digital/social media, executive and employee communications, advertising, and philanthropic public relations.
Davis earned master’s degrees in business administration and public administration from Howard University in Washington, D.C. She earned a bachelor’s degree in communications studies from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro.
Davis is a 2018 Inductee into the NC Media and Journalism Hall of Fame; and a 2018 Woman of Power Awardee, Woman Leadership Magazine USA and MEA Magazine. She has served as a Board Member, Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic; an Insight Committee member, George Mason University School of Communications; an Advisory Board member, Healthcare Businesswoman’s Association Mid-Atlantic Region and Trustee of the National Chamber of Commerce Foundation. She is a national speaker on topics related to leadership; career development and growth; and authentic branding, reputation, strategy and issues management to achieve optimum goals.

Leading diverse and distributed teams around the world, Humaira’s expertise lies in creating innovative strategies and then building teams to operationalize. She has successfully led these initiatives in diverse sectors, including education, health, technology, employment and entrepreneurship, global security, international broadcasting, governance, and democratic reforms.
She has partnered with donors and investors including the Chan-Zuckerberg Initiative, Arab Bank, JP Morgan, United Nations, US Department of State, and Qatar Fund for Development.
